Biosphere reserve Rhön

The Bavarian part of the UNESCO biosphere reserve Rhön is with 72.802 hectare the largest part compared to the Hessian and Thuringian areas of the Rhön. Wonderful hiking and biking paths, cosy rest points and breathtaking views can be expected there.

Not just the “Hochrhöner”, which was labelled “nicest hiking path”, will surprise you. Even other tours are very interesting and have extraordinary highlights. We are absolutely convinced that you will love it!
